Conditions of Use

When we receive an internet order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone, at the number you provide with your order. We do this to confirm the details of your order, clear up any questions, confirm shipping details, and provide you with the total cost of your order. If the customer chooses to not receive the confirmation calls, we will ship the order as received, with shipping charges added. The customer agrees to be responsible to accept the order if not confirmed.

All credit/debit card purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 No Exceptions.

All unpaid accounts receivable past due are subject to a 1.5% finance charge.

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. Unless otherwise agreed, freight terms are FOB Shipper’s Dock. Title passes at the time the shipment is loaded at the shipper’s dock.

Actual UPS freight charges and fees, where applicable, will be added to the invoice total. If a package is returned to us, the customer agrees to be responsible for return and re-shipping charges.

Due to ever changing market conditions, prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. However, we will confirm pricing with you before we ship your order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your logon information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or user name. You agree (a) to immediately notify TATSupplyCo. of any unauthorized use of your password or user name or any other breach of security, and (b) to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TATSupplyCo., and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, contractors, officers, directors, successors and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs, that arise from your use, misuse of this site or use of any software application associated with the use of this Web site.
